Case Work

We were proud to support Scottish Swimming and three Falkirk-based clubs—Falkirk Otter, Tryst, and Alloa ASC—in forming the Forth Valley Tridents. This collaboration helped the clubs merge under a unified charitable structure, enhancing opportunities for swimmers and strengthening club operations. Our role included assisting in the transition to a new operational model, advising on sustainable financial planning and helping the clubs align their vision for long-term success.

We recently worked with Gala Fairydean Rovers Community Trust to help them secure HMRC recognition for Gift Aid—a crucial step in maximising their fundraising potential. Through our expertise in sports club governance and finance, we guided the Trust through the HMRC registration process, ensuring they met all eligibility requirements. Once approved, we helped them backdate their claim by four years, unlocking vital additional funding that had previously been overlooked.

We provide ongoing support to Athena Glasgow Women & Girls Academy to strengthen their structure, funding, and digital presence. Our work to date has included establishing the club as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation for better governance and funding access, helping the club register with HMRC to claim Gift Aid on donations and securing new funding opportunities to support club development.
