Our foundational support package is ideal for clubs exploring the idea of incorporating or becoming a charity. This is a no-cost entry point into the world of better governance, legal clarity, and sustainable planning.

Club Assist is for clubs confident to lead on their own registration but seeking guided, expert support to keep them on the right path. Think of it as having a helping hand and sounding board throughout your club’s development.

Includes everything in Club Support, plus:

  • One 1:1 consultation session

  • Access to a wide range of document templates (constitution, trustee forms, checklists)

  • Tailored advice on choosing your club's legal structure (SCIO, CIO, CIC)

  • A professional review of your charity registration application

For clubs looking for a comprehensive, full-service solution, Club Maximise provides total support—from legal registration and compliance to digital optimisation and social impact reporting. This is our premium package for clubs ready to operate at their fullest potential and includes access to a state of the art membership system allowing you to better manage your club and its administration.

Registration and Governance

  • Full registration and charity liaison (e.g. OSCR or Charity Commission)

  • Customised constitution drafting and AGM/EGM support

  • Trustee onboarding and ongoing 1:1 consultation

  • 12-month governance roadmap and annual governance review

  • Unlimited helpdesk support and full document template library

  • Access to all Club Development Academy courses and resources

Fundraising and Finance

  • Gift Aid registration and full claims management (including Volunteer Expenses)

  • Support with donation strategies, fundraising plans, and case for support

  • Grant application review and access to a database of funding opportunities

 

Digital Tools and Membership Systems

  • Full setup and management of key nonprofit digital tools:

    • Microsoft for Nonprofits

    • Google for Nonprofits (including G Suite + £7,500/month in ad credits)

    • Slack, Notion, Asana, TechSoup UK, and Charity Digital Exchange

  • Integration of a custom membership management system to collect and manage monthly/annual payments, improving financial oversight and member communication
