Become a SCIO in Scotland or a CIO in England and Wales. We help your committee choose the right structure, draft a constitution based on regulator-approved templates, and handle your application to OSCR or the Charity Commission. We then guide you through moving assets, contracts and bank accounts into the new organisation.

Claim an extra 25p for every £1 donated to your club. We check your eligibility, register you with HMRC, and set up simple systems to collect Gift Aid declarations. We can submit claims for you or train your treasurer to do it. We also advise on business rates relief and corporation tax exemptions.

We have helped numerous clubs secure grant funding and build new income streams. We find the right funders, write your applications, and build the case for support that funders want to see. We also set up online giving through JustGiving.

Registered charities can get up to $10,000 (about £7,500) a month in free Google search advertising. We check your eligibility, register you with Google for Nonprofits, and set up your Ad Grants account. We then manage your campaigns each month to keep the account compliant and drive new members, players and donations to your website.

90-minute workshops for committees, trustees and volunteers, online or in person, at a time that suits you. Topics include trustee duties, legal structures, funding and Gift Aid, community asset transfers, good governance, and compliance and risk. Every session includes a Q&A and a pack of templates to take away.

Hands-off support. You get free guides, tools and a 30-minute call to explore your options at your own pace. No minimum term.
Hands-on support. We set your club up as a charity, register you for Gift Aid and Google for Nonprofits, and get you ready to apply for funding. 18-month minimum.
Fully hands-on support, from start to finish and every month after. We set everything up, then run your Gift Aid claims, Google Ad Grants and governance for you each month. 18-month minimum.
Our Services
We help sports clubs across the UK get the right structure, claim the money they are entitled to, and run with less pressure on volunteers. We have helped over 50 clubs incorporate. Clubs we support on incorporation typically grow their income by around 25% through Gift Aid and new funding.
