Gift Aid Registration and Management

As part of the Club Maximise package, we take full responsibility for managing your club’s Gift Aid registration and ongoing claims with HMRC—maximising your ability to generate additional income from eligible donations.

We start by handling the entire registration process with HMRC, ensuring your club is correctly set up to claim Gift Aid and that all the necessary systems and paperwork are in place. Once registered, we provide ongoing Gift Aid claim management, including collecting and processing donor declarations and preparing and submitting Gift Aid claims directly to HMRC on your behalf​.

 

We also offer support for clubs looking to claim Gift Aid on volunteer expenses, allowing you to further boost your income without placing additional financial burden on members. This end-to-end service ensures your club can focus on delivery, while we handle the administration—helping you unlock thousands of pounds in untapped income each year.
