Training and Workshops

About
We deliver practical, interactive training and workshops to help sports clubs strengthen their governance, improve financial sustainability, and build long-term resilience. Drawing on years of experience working with grassroots and professional clubs across the UK, our workshops combine expert advice with real-world examples. Each session provides practical tools and resources that committees can use straight away.
What It Looks Like
Each workshop lasts 90 minutes, includes a Q&A session, and can be delivered either online (Zoom/Microsoft Teams) or face-to-face. We adapt delivery to suit the needs of your club, whether that’s weekday evenings, weekends, or during the day. Clubs also receive resource packs and templates linked to the workshop to support learning after the session.

Legal Structures and Charitable Status for Sports Clubs
