Every club we work with is different. The challenges facing a newly formed club exploring incorporation for the first time are not the same as those facing an established charity trying to grow its funding income. Our services are built to reflect that.

What We Do

Becoming an incorporated charity or CASC is a significant step, and not one every club needs to take immediately. But for clubs that are ready, the right legal structure can fundamentally change what is possible, protecting volunteers, strengthening governance, and opening access to funders and support that is unavailable to unincorporated clubs.

f your club is a registered charity or CASC, Gift Aid allows you to reclaim the basic rate tax on qualifying donations and membership fees at no cost to your supporters. We handle the registration, the declaration systems, and the claims, or train your treasurer to manage it themselves.

Identifying the right funders, writing strong applications, and building a compelling case for support takes time most committees simply do not have. We take that work on, and have helped clubs across the UK secure significant grant funding as a result.

Registered charities can access up to £7,500 per month in free Google search advertising through the Google Ad Grants programme. We handle the eligibility check, the registration, the account setup, and ongoing monthly management.

Practical, 90-minute sessions for committees, trustees, and volunteers, covering governance, legal structures, funding, Gift Aid, and financial management. Designed specifically for people who have no professional background in these areas but need to understand them.
